Returns
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Note: Sale items and custom/personalized orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return

- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Photos if the item is damaged or defective
Once approved, we’ll provide return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
